Thank you for registering online with the Woods House Conservatory of Music. After you fill out your registration form, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provide. To remit payment, you can drop off your payment at the office before your first lesson, call us with credit or debit card information (we accept (VISA and MasterCard), or mail in your payment prior to your first lesson.
The invoice will consist of the following:
Your monthly fee for lessons- This is the rate that was agreed upon between you and your instructor based on 4 lessons per month. Please refer tothe Student Policy on the terms of the monthly fee.
Student Service Charge - The fee is $10 per month and goes directly to the Woods House to pay utilities, overhead and maintenance.
Annual Registration Fee - The fee of $50 is collected at the beginning of the term when you register. This charge helps cover the administrative cost and staffing of the Woods House. This fee is only charged once a year and is prorated for students that register after March 2011. We also offer discounts for families with multiple students enrolled, (Please, see Student Policy).
